VAT: Where applicable, VAT is added to our legal fees.
Unforeseen Costs: Any additional work required due to complex circumstances will be explained and agreed upon in advance.
Timescales
Stage 1: Written legal advice on your visa application options, including a list of required documents, related costs, and chances of success.
Stage 2: Submission of your application to the Home Office on the same day as your appointment, provided all required documents are submitted.
Stage 3: Prompt notification of the Home Office decision and advice on next steps.
Note: Home Office and court decision timelines vary and are outside our control. Typical processing times range from 6 to 12 months or longer.
