This fee covers the following work:
Includes: Review of documentation and initial assessment of your case, Preparation of the documentation to support the application, Submission of the application to the Home Office, Correspondence with you regarding progress and outcome of the case (This fee doesn’t cover any subsequent appeal case should your application be unsuccessful).

British Nationality by Registration: £1214
Leave To Remain Family and Private life: £1258 + Immigration Health Surcharge £2587.50 + Biometric appointment fee £138 = £3983.5
Asylum Representation: Zero
This is a typical fee for a UK visa application, but if your matter is more complex additional fees would apply and if this is the case this will be explained to you prior to those additional fees being charged.
All other Home Office applications in the UK (student visa, work visa, company sponsorship licence, sole representative) £1500 + VAT £300 = £1800 (see breakdown as above as an example)

Asylum claims: Please note: Legal Aid is available for asylum claims and you may approach a legal aid lawyer. We do not provide legal aid, however, private asylum claim representation is £900 + VAT £180 = £1080

Note: Third party costs (such as court fee ranging from £140+, Home Office fee ranging from zero to £4500, Litigation costs etc) are payable by the instructing client directly to the third party
Timescale: 3 key stages
Stage 1: We provide written legal advice on your visa application options/judicial redress including list of required documents, related costs and chances of success
Stage 2: We submit your application to the Home Office on the same day when you attend your appointment following your consultation and provide all the required documents as advised in stage 1
Stage 3: upon receipt of Home Office decision then you will be advised promptly of next steps
The Home Office Decisions/Court Decisions are of variable time frames dependent on the Home Office/Court - there is no fixed time frame by law (approx. estimate 6 to 12 month or more).
